We would like to thank you for the way you and your wife Pinar

have helped us to settle in Dalaman.

The local people are so friendly and hospitable, but not being

able to speak the language can make you feel a bit isolated.

Having you and Pinar as friends has made such a difference!

Pinar is helping with everything, from learning the language to

taking us shopping, helping us what we are looking for. She has

also introduced us to all of her friends, some of whom are now

our friends. We regularly get together in the afternoons when

we bake ( sometimes turkish, sometimes english ) or just socia-

lise or go shopping etc.

You are both so willing to help with anything.

What can i say ? Gino was is a absolute godsend, I had alread began the purchasing process of my property direct with the developer, and to be honest the whole thing was becoming a total nigtmare. Gino stepped in and in a very short period of time everything was sorted, my paper work with the millatiry, water connections, electricity, home insurance, bank account , tax number, you name it and it was done. Four of my friends have since purchased property in turkey, and have all used Gino, the process for them as been simple and problem free. To sum up since meeting Gino my time in turkey as become much more relaxed and carefree i have now come to regard Gino not as a business associate but as a very good friend, and would reccomend him and the service he offers to anyone. If you thought that buying a Dream home in Turkey would be a minefield, then think again. When we were looking for a property in Turkey we travelled to several places Bodrum, Altinkum, Marmaris, and believe me, my wife and I visited all types of property and met all types of estate agents with there hard sell tactics. However this was not the case with Geno from Dalaman Homes, Whilst in Dalaman on separate business we buy chance were introduced to Geno whilst staying with a friend, he put aside his own time and took us to all the delightful places of interest around the Dalaman area, having spent a very pleasant couple of days we agreed that this was an area that we would have normally overlooked as we had thought of Dalaman as more a passing through resort, what an expensive mistake to make. Dalaman is a central point of interest itself and some of the places are quite literally as beautiful as any you are likely to see any where in Turkey. We asked Geno would he be able to show us some properties at short notice, he discussed with us our requirements and within a couple of hours and several phone calls later we were visiting around 8 properties that Geno thought meet our criteria and price range , No hard sell and he even suggested that we take lots of photos and then when we returned to the UK, decide if in the comfort of our own home, if any of the properties fitted the bill. We had already on our visit decided on one of the properties that we had visited, and arranged to visit Dalaman again for a long weekend. Having informed Geno that we would like a 2nd look and to negotiate an offer on our behalf, offer accepted Geno the took care of everything for us including Solicitor, Bank Accounts, Tax number , Military Clearance, Purchase Tax, Water , Electric and Phone connection all in all this was a lot easier that buying a property in the UK. Geno kept in contact with us every step of the way by E-mail and telephone calls, Even when we completed the purchase of our Dream Home Geno was still there for us and we now class him and his family as our Friends. Geno even arranged for a local building company to carry out some alterations that we wanted including the building of a swimming pool and Jacuzzi, Ontur Construction who carried out the works are to be highly recommended, there standard of workmanship and quality is as good as any UK major construction company and very competitive when it come to price, and believe me being a Building Surveyor myself I know what I am talking about.

WE BOUGHT OUR HOUSE IN DALAMAN IN 2005 WE BOUGHT IT STRAIGHT FROM THE DEVELOPERS .AS TIME WENT ON BETWEEN THE SOLICITORS, DEVELOPERS ,AND OURSELFS THE STRAIN AND HASSLE ALL GOT A BIT MUCH AND WE FOUND IT VERY FRUSTRATING.
